Fuller and Beck used to be known as Fuller and Carr. The law firm consists of three practicing attorneys and one attorney who is of counsel. The practicing attorneys include Mark Fuller, Daniel Beck, and Paul Fuller. Steve Carr is of counsel and remains with the firm.
Mark Fuller has been practicing law all over the state of Idaho since the early 1980s. His practice mainly focuses on construction disputes and in representing various construction companies in many types of litigation including actions before Planning and Zoning Commissions, collections, employment, contracts, mechanics liens, and general litigation. Daniel Beck has practiced with the firm since 2005. Daniel Beck practices commericial litigation, collections, general litigation, water law, and agricultural law. Paul Fuller joined the firm in September of 2010 after passing the bar and being admitted to practice law in the State of Idaho. Steve Carr's many commitments outside the law prevent him from actively participating with the firm, however, he is still a member.
We accept cases and have tried cases in St. Anthony, Island Park, Driggs, Sun Valley, Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, Pocatello, and many other areas in Eastern Idaho.
